Rodger is our Dog Care Coordinator and an AKC-certified Golden Retriever. With his loving temperament, he enjoys making new furry friends and helps keep your dog entertained and active. He’s a gentle playmate who knows how to burn energy without being too rough, ensuring a fun and safe experience for your dog.
Step 1
Fill out a Form
Complete the online form with your details and service requirements. Our response time is within 2 hours. This helps us know you are interested in becoming a new client and allows us to reserve your daycare or boarding service.
Step 2
Meet and Greet
During the meet and greet, we will discuss your dog’s routine and needs, give you a brief tour of our home, facilitate an on-leash introduction between the dogs, address any concerns, and finalize the details of the upcoming boarding arrangement. This will help us ensure a safe, fun, and positive stay for your dog.
Step 3
Set Up Online Access (Optional)
After the meet and greet, you can choose to receive an email invitation or link to our software tool. This tool allows you to book services, view service details, and make payments easily. Follow the link to create your account and familiarize yourself with the platform. You can schedule and request bookings either through our online portal or via our app anytime in the future.
What is your cancellation policy?
For daycare, cancellations or reschedules are accepted up to 1 hour before the service for a full refund. For boarding, cancellations or reschedules are accepted up to 1 day before the service for a full refund. If you cancel outside your appointment window, you will receive a 50% refund.
What are your holiday rates?
There is a holiday rate of an additional $5 per day/night for holidays.
Are you insured?
Waggin Stay is insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates Insurance. Proof of insurance is available during consultations.
What is a Meet & Greet and why do I need one?
While we love all breeds and personalities, not every dog is suited for an off-leash, open-play environment. We take our doggie guests’ safety very seriously, so each Meet & Greet consists of 15 to 20 minutes with us to ensure that your pup is a good fit for the stay. The process is very easy and ensures all dogs are comfortable at our place.
How many dogs do you watch at a time?
We care for a small group of dogs, typically 1 to 3 at a time. This low staff-to-dog ratio ensures that each dog receives personalized attention, tailored care, and a stress-free environment. By keeping our groups small, we can closely monitor each dog’s behavior, health, and happiness, fostering a safer and more enjoyable experience for every furry guest.
How do I pay for services?
Cash, credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal are all accepted forms of payment. Payment options will be arranged at the initial meet and greet.
